Dennis Jones

Dennis Jones, Regional Manager of the USS Real Estate for United States Steel, oversees real estate holdings in the northeastern United States, primarily involving development of the Keystone Industrial Port Complex, KIPC, located on the Delaware River in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. His responsibilities include the development of the 2,600 acre KIPC site, utilizing KIPC's SEEDS initiative. SEEDS; Strategic Economic Environmental Design Solutions, is a development strategy characterized by cooperative effort of government, business, labor, and community whereby they share a common goal to maximize assets while minimizing liabilities, ultimately providing a return on investment to both private and public stakeholders throughout the state. Since its inception in 2005, this cooperative effort has created a competitive advantage for manufacturers in various industries. Many of the companies at the KIPC produce sustainable green products including material for solar panel development, biofuels, and wind farm components and various recycling efforts.
